QUICK TIP "Thank you!"

An oldie but a goodie.

When you go into your place of work tomorrow, or you are talking to your family at home, replace any request where you... um... expect to be listened to, that may end in 'Please?' with 'Thank you!'.

You are changing from a request for help to an expectation of cooperation.

Practice and use it often. It's a game changer :-)
